Hi! I’m Marco Zullich, lecturer at the University of Groningen! On February 2023 I completed my Ph.D. at the University of Trieste and I’m the former president of the Artificial Intelligence Student Society.

At the University of Groningen I teach AI-related subjects, such as Trustworty & Explainable AI, Unsupervised Deep Learning, and Object-Oriented Programming.

My research field is Deep Learning, specifically, pruning and model compression. I am also expanding in the direction of Responsible AI (specifically, explainability and fairness) and I am currently exploring the boundaries between it and model compression. My passions are teaching 👨‍‍🏫, climbing 🧗‍♂️, and basketball 🏀.
